You love great hair. You could just do without the fuss of getting there. After nearly three decades as a hairdresser, 17 of them in this very salon, I completely understand that feeling. It is honestly a big part of why I built Indigo the way I did.
Most women come to us carrying a version of the same quiet frustration. They have sat in salon chairs feeling unheard, watching someone else decide what their hair should look like. They have left appointments that felt rushed, holding back disappointment and telling themselves it will grow out. They have moved to the Granite Belt looking for a slower, more intentional life, and found themselves without a hairdresser they can truly trust.
I started Indigo Hair Design because I believe every woman deserves a hairdresser who genuinely listens. Someone who asks the right questions, tells you the truth, and never makes you feel like just the next client in the chair. After nearly three decades behind the scissors, that belief has not changed once.

Indigo Hair Design is a small, intentional salon just off the main street in Stanthorpe. When you sit in our chair, you have our full focus and a personalised, unhurried experience from start to finish. We stock and recommend only two product ranges, Juuce and Pure, both Australian owned and made, because we only put our name behind things we genuinely believe in.
